Cancellations

The products listed for customization can only be confirmed once a 70% deposit is received and 100% in case of decor accents.

Placing a custom order comes with its own considerations. You must keep in mind that pieces of wood will have been cut, shaped and carved specially for you. In case the customer changes his/her mind within a week, it's possible to cancel the order at the 'sketching stage' with 5% deposited amount forfeited and rest would be refunded to the customer's bank account within 5-7 business days.

In case of a non custom made order, cancellation can be done within 48 hrs from the time of the order. The amount paid will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 5-7 business days.
